Workshop clarifies record keeping rules, formula for determining VOC content

For more than two decades New Jersey has worked hard to shed its label as the "toxic dump" state-cleaning up dozens of contaminated sites and spending millions of federal and state dollars to restore its shores, soil and clean water supply.
